Stainless Frame for 1928 JD

We had the opportunity of building a completely "one-off" frame for one of our friends and fellow builders Ben Jordan.  The frame is designed and built around a Harley 1928 JD engine and knucklehead 4-speed trans. The bike will be featured at the Naked Truth show in Sturgis 2015.  If you have the chance to head that way, you wont be dissapointed!

The frame is all polished stainless steel except for the castings.  We cut most of the castings off of a pan frame but the neck is actually from a VL frame.  The frame will be re-polished before final assembly and the castings will be painted.  Check out the pics!

Vintage Dirt Bike Saturdays

This past saturday a group of us left our normal shop work days to have some fun riding the trails at Sumter National Forest in South Carolina. It was one of the best days we've all had in a while! Daniel from shiddymoto.com planned the event and did a killer job at it!  If anyone has a vintage dirt bike and is interested in riding with us, please let Daniel know. We'd love to have you! Check out the attached pics.
